In my civil and contract law related practice, I focus on contract analysis and drafting in various areas, e.g. purchase agreements and contract for works (including construction works) as well as general terms and conditions. A further key area is Claims Management and related project correspondence support (e.g. in connection with defects liability, delay, contract termination, damages, etc.). My services comprise:
